Rental Returns

Craftedfraroma provides professional pickup services for all rented decorations and furniture. Our team will coordinate with you to schedule pickup after your event concludes.

Items must be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location. We ensure a smooth and efficient return process to minimize any inconvenience.

Condition of Items

Rented items should be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear that occurs during the rental period.

We provide clear guidelines on expected wear and tear to help you understand what is considered acceptable use of our items.

Damage Assessment

Upon pickup, our team will inspect all items for damage. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be documented, and customers will be notified of any additional charges within 48 hours of pickup.

We provide detailed documentation and photos when applicable, ensuring transparency in the assessment process.

Late Returns

Items must be available for pickup at the scheduled time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
